We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items
• Sale items

Return Process:

1. Contact us at support@nomadblankets.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
